Trade House “NovaTec” has been operating in the market of construction equipment since 2001. The company was created in close cooperation with Odessa Construction and Finishing Machinery Plant as its exclusive representative in charge of promotion and sales of the plant’s products on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. The integration of half-century old traditions of the Plant and modern approach to marketing and sales practiced by NovaTec have made it possible for the new company to make its name well known not only in Ukraine but also in the world market.

The major products of Odessa Construction and Finishing Machinery Plant sold by the Trade House are equipment for trenchless laying and replacement of communications and finishing machines for treatment of wooden, concrete and marble floors. Odessa Plant SOM and the trade mark NovaTec are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.

Since 2002 the company has been a regular participant in the exhibitions INTERTOOL and KOMMUNTECH, has taken part in the exhibitions “Construction Equipment and Technologies” and “Dorkomexpo” in Russia, and in 2003, within the delegation of Odessa Regional Administration participated in Hannover Messe. Together with our foreign partners we exhibited the products of the plant at BATIMAT ( 2004, Paris) and DOMOTEX ( 2006, Hannover).

Special attention is given by NOVA TEC to the promotion to the western markets of trenchless equipment manufactured by Odessa Construction and Finishing Machinery Plant. Such products were exhibited at such well-known exhibitions as “Trenchless Asia 2002” in Hong Kong and “Ville Sans Tranchee” in 2003 in Paris. Cooperation with ISTT (International Society for Trenchless Technologies), attending annual exhibitions “International No-Dig” (Hamburg; 2004; Rotterdam, 2005), active participation in the work of USTT (Ukrainian Society for Trenchless Technologies) and Society “Modern Trenchless Technologies” - all this helps to promote trenchless methods of laying and replacement of pipelines in Ukraine, introduce them into practice and thus maintain at a due level the ecological safety of the environment .

In 2002 Trade House “NOVA TEC” became the exclusive representative of one more plant – Hydroprom - and since then it has been successfully selling in Ukraine such products as electric water heaters, oil heaters, gas–fired boilers and water heaters.

The range of the goods offered by NOVA TEC is quite wide – from professional equipment to tools for common household works as, in addition to products manufactured by Odessa Construction and Finishing Machinery Plant and Hydroprom , the TH “NOVA TEC” also imports equipment from a number of well-known foreign manufacturers and sells it alongside with the products of Odessa Construction and Finishing Machinery Plant through a network of its affiliates and stores in Odessa, Kiev, Dniepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Vinnitsa, Donetsk, Lvov.
