The SO-206 machine is designed for polishing parquet and other wooden floors, as well as cleaning them from old paint, varnish and dirt.
The machine has two models:
- SO-206 with a single-phase drive (a. c. mains, 220 V, 50 Hz).
- SO-206.1 with a three-phase drive (a. c. mains, 380 V, 50 Hz).
The grinding drum is a working member of the machine and is cantilever-wise fastened on the taper section of the shaft with a special nut. By rotating this nut in the direction opposite to that of tightening the drum is easily removed from the shaft without use of any special devices The elastic surface of the grinding drum increases the life term of the sanding paper and the quality of floor treatment. The clamping rolls of the drum ensure good tightening and reliable fastening of the sanding paper. The sanding papers are available in a variety of grain sizes depending on the requirements for the surface to be polished.
The pressure of the drum onto the surface to be polished is adjusted with a nut and a compression spring. The parallel positioning of the drum with respect to the surface to be polished is achieved by setting the lateral wheels at equal height with the help of an eccentric.
Sawdust produced in the process of polishing is exhausted by the fan into a dust collector. The machine offers a possibility to polish the floor in close proximity to the walls. The front cover is fitted with a guard roller, which prevents hitting of the drum against the wall or plinth during operation.
The front cover is easy to raise and can be fixed in its extreme positions, thus providing free access to the drum.
The 220 V machine has become more powerful and efficient due to the installation of a 2,2 kW motor. Due to adjustable folding handle the machine is very convenient in operation and transportation.
CO-206.2, CSO-206.3 is designed for polishing parquet and other wooden floors, as well as cleaning them from old paints, varnish and dirt.
The machine is produced in 2 models, for electrical nets of 220 V and 380 V, with frequency of 50 Hz.
All the mechanisms of the machine are installed within the body, which is a single-piece aluminum alloy mould with a sucking branch pipe and a snail of a ventilator.
The grinding drum, the machine's working organ, is fixed on a conic part of the shaft by a special nut in the cantilever way.
The drum is easily removed from the shaft without use of any special device.
The elastic surface of the grinding drum increases the life term of the sanding paper and the quality of floor treatment.
The clamp shafts of the drum ensure a good tension and a reliable strengthening of the sanding paper.
The pressure of the drum onto the surface to be polished is adjusted with a nut and a spring.

The front cover of the machine is fitted with a guard roller, which prevents hitting of the drum against the wall or plinth during operation.
The front cover is easily lifted and fixed in extreme positions ensuring free access to the drum.
The machine CO-301 (CO-301.1) is designed for polishing parquet and other wooden floors, as well as cleaning them from old paint, varnish and dirt.
The machine has two models:
- СО-301 - with a single-phase drive (a. c. mains, 220 V, 50 Hz).
- СО-301.1 with a three-phase drive (a. c. mains, 380 V, 50 Hz).
The distinctive feature of the machine is its endless sanding belt, which allows to achieve better quality of polishing. The increased length of the sanding belt prolongs the term of its use in comparison with the sanding paper mounted directly on the drum. Fast replacement of the sanding belt is carried out from the machine side with the help of a tension roller without use of any special devices.
Different curved radiuses of the belt’s tension on all of its length ensure self-cleaning of the belt from wood dust.
Rubber covered surface of the grinding drum increases the life term of the sanding belt and the quality of floor treatment. The sanding belts are available in a variety of grain sizes depending on the requirements for the surface to be polished.
All these features allow to reduce the time required for sanding belt replacement and cleaning, and permit to increase productivity and quality of work of the machine performance. The pressure of the drum onto the surface to be polished is adjusted with a screw and a spring. The parallel positioning of the drum with respect to the surface to be polished is achieved by setting the lateral wheels at equal height with the help of an eccentric.

The machine CO-401 is designed for polishing boundary areas of parquet and other wooden floors, steps, spaces near walls and under central heating radiators, and other places with restricted access - so-called “Dead space”.
The machine has a single-phase drive (a. c. mains, 220 V, 50 Hz).
The parquet-polishing machine CO-401 stands out in the row of other machines due to such features as: lightness, compactness, great suction capacity, high security level, and attractive design.
Interchangeable nozzles are used for reaching spaces with limited access.
The surface polishing is carried out with the help of a sanding disc, 150mm in diameter.
The material used for mounting the disc on the machine - Velcro - allows to replace the old disc with a new one very easily.
СО-401 complies with safety requirements, ensuring protection from the electric shock. This machine does not require additional earth connection or use of the protection cutoff device (PCD).
Sanding disc is mounted on the bottom side of the interchangeable nozzle.
The machine is supplied with two nozzles – with long and short polishing heads. For treatment of boundaries and steps it is sufficient to use the short polishing nozzle. The long nozzle is designed for polishing spaces with most difficult access, e.g. under central heating radiators.
Pitch adjustment of the sanding disc with respect to the polished surface is achieved by the adjustment of two rear rollers. Sawdust produced during polishing is exhausted into a dust collector.

Mosaic grinder CO-199 is intended for grinding mosaic and concrete floors and it is used in industrial construction and civil engineering.
The major components of the machines are: an electric motor, a reduction gear, two crossbars, running gear. The electric motor connected to power mains via a protective cut-off device is started and stopped with the aid of a rotary switch.
The rotational motion is conveyed from the gear to toothed wheels which are meshed. The meshing of the toothed wheels provides to the crossbars the rotational motion in different directions that excludes the forces of drift.
The running gear and control unit are attached to the reduction gear body with the aid of an axle and a bracket. The grooves in the brackets enable the machine to get down relative to the running gear, as the abrasives wear out. The rubber shock absorbers ensure a uniform wear of the stone segments or diamond cutters and smooth operation of the machine.
The floor grinding process is effected by six trihedral stone segments installed in holders on the crossbars and fixed with the help of spring rings. Alternatively, the machine can be completed with diamond cutters which ensure higher quality of grinding. The diamond cutters are installed on the crossbars with the help of adaptors.
