Purpose of equipment

Nova Tec pneumatic trenchless machines are designed for:

  • Forming through, blind, horizontal, inclined, and vertical bores with diameters from 55 to 155 mm;
  • Forming expanded bores up to 300 mm in diameter (using an expander/reamer) with simultaneous pulling of polyethylene (PE) pipes ranging from 63 to 250 mm;
  • Pipe ramming of steel pipes (open or closed-ended) with diameters from 63 to 1420 mm into the soil or into pre-bored holes;
  • Construction and installation of asbestos-cement, concrete, and reinforced concrete pipelines as well as pile construction;
  • Loosening compacted materials and deep compaction of loose/sedimentary soils;
  • Extraction and pipe removal of old steel pipes with internal diameters from 40 to 120 mm;
  • Pipe pulling for the replacement and trenchless rehabilitation of underground utilities.
