“NOVAtec” – Ukrainian brand of water heaters, construction equipment and trenchless technologies, dates back to the 60s. Over the years, progress and development of products with a full production cycle have proven themselves not only in Ukraine, but also in 30 countries where Nova Tec products are exported. They are positioned as a reliable and affordable alternative to European brands, and are also manufactured taking into account environmental standards. The company’s slogan: “Heat born in Ukraine”.
A plant for the production of construction and finishing equipment was founded in Odessa.
The enterprise manufactured machines for processing wooden, mosaic and concrete floors,
and later – equipment for trenchless technologies.
Foundation of a new direction of heat engineering and the plant “Hydroprom”. Installation of new equipment and production lines. And also 2001 is the year of creation of the NOVAtec brand – under which all product lines are currently produced.
Despite the financial crisis, the company maintains production and personnel due to its focus on the domestic market.
The brand and production are actively developing, as well as the first export of products to Europe.
Export geography expanded to over 30 countries. Process automation and certification according to international standards were introduced. As of 2025, Nova Tec products are exported to over 30 countries, including: Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Israel and other countries in Europe and Asia.
The first official representative office in Poland is opened.
A premium series of water heaters ”’WHP”’ has been developed, focused on energy efficiency and increased requirements for the quality of materials.
Even during the years of full-scale war, we retained the main thing – faith in the Ukrainian cause and responsibility to people. Despite shelling, disruptions and daily risks, production continued to work, and the team – to develop.
We created new jobs and supported the country’s economy.
This period has become proof: Ukrainian business is capable of being strong, stable and useful to people even in the most difficult times.
