The official Nova Tec service network operates in most cities of Ukraine – Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv and others.

The service is available in all regions, except Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea, as well as partially in Kherson and Zaporizhia regions.

There is no hot water?

Check the power supply from the mains and make sure that the water heater is connected to the mains.

Is a water filter needed or not?

Recommended, but mandatory for regions with hard water.

Is a safety valve needed or not?

Yes, a safety valve is a must – it protects the tank from excess pressure when heating water.

If water drips from the valve, that’s normal. This is how it releases excess pressure. It cannot be removed or blocked.

How long is the warranty valid?

Depending on the model. NOVATEC electric water heaters have a basic warranty on the water heater that is written in your service book/ The warranty is valid subject to proper installation of the product and regular maintenance by an authorized service center 0800 33 23 07. The warranty period marked as maximum is valid subject to annual contact and maintenance. The maintenance frequency and all requirements are on the warranty card that comes with all water heaters.

In what cases is the warranty not valid?

Warranty obligations become invalid in the following cases:

  • in case of non-compliance with the rules for installation and operation of the product;

  • in case of absence of a correctly completed service book (the service book is valid only in the original, with a note on the date and place of sale, the seller’s signature and the stamp of the sales organization).

  • In case of absence or correction of the date of sale or the stamp of the sales organization, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture indicated on the factory identification plate on the product body;

  • in case of absence of the factory identification plate on the product body or its damage;

  • in case of damage caused by freezing of water;

  • in case of damage caused by exceeding the nominal water pressure;

  • in case of mechanical damage or traces of chemically aggressive substances;

  • in case of technical changes to the product;

  • in case of using non-original spare parts and consumables;

  • <in case of unauthorized replacement of original spare parts;

  • in case of using the product for purposes for which it is not intended.

How to fill out a service book?

After calling the master from the authorized service center and after the master performs the annual maintenance, the master must put a special mark in the book.

Tank replacement or repair?

If you discover a problem with your water heater under warranty, please contact the service center at 0800 33 23 07, and leave your request according to the instructions for submitting a request. The specialist will then determine the extent of the problem and offer repair or replacement.

How to prepare a water heater for shipping

The water heater must be packed in a box, have a safety valve and a warranty card;

The serial number on the box, boiler and service book must match;

MUST screw the SAFETY VALVE onto the cold water pipe!!!

The warranty card must have a mark with the date of sale and a stamp or a receipt.

On a separate sheet, describe the malfunctions and contact details (insert into the book). If the boiler has damage, peeling paint, etc., be sure to notify

The repair time is 3-5 working days.
